Project Ideas: More Valentine's Projects.

Today I have a few more Valentine themed project ideas to share with you. Even though we are less than a week away from the big day - all of these projects are quick, easy, and can certainly be completely in time to gift or display before Friday.

Part of the reason why all of these projects are quick to complete is that they all use Vinyl quotes, words, or images - which definitely help speed up the process! For most of the projects you just need to trim a piece of paper or paint the piece and then add the vinyl. Of course you can always embellish them a bit more if you wish.

Day 3: 8x8 Shadow Boxes

Shadow boxes are one of my favorite pieces to use when coming up with new project ideas. I love that you can easily add dimension to both your inside contents - to both the background elements and with what you add to the inside as a filler - as well as by adding pieces and elements to the front glass piece of the shadow box.

The 8x8 shadow boxes are great because they give you enough space to create some fun layouts, but aren't too overwhelming and can easily be added to a lot of different spaces. Below you will find a couple of the new projects we have created using the 8x8 shadow boxes.

Project Idea: Dinner is Poured Shadow Box

 

Today I just have a quick and easy project idea to share. And I do have to say the end result is pretty great too!

For this project we simply filled an 8x8 shadow box with some moss and corks, added a vinyl saying to the front of the shadow box glass and then embellished with some twine and grapes. This is such a quick project and would be great for your kitchen or could also be a really fun hostess gift as well.

Washi Week: Thursday.

Our Washi Week projects today include some great home decor projects as well as a fun Washi Tape jewelry project too! As with our previous Washi Tape projects all of these projects are really so easy to complete as all you really need to do is stick down tape to the piece you are altering. Then just add a few embellishments and you have a completed piece.

These sized shadow boxes are perfect for documenting a favorite memory or photo - they are a great fit for a 4x6 photo - and they are a easy sized piece to add to a desk, display area or even something great for a small wall.
