International Quilt Market

It's been a week since Jeanne and I went to the International Quilt Market. It has taken this long to sort through all the paper work let alone all the images in my head of the projects that we saw. If you have never had the opportunity to attend such a show it is worth it to look it up on the Internet just to take some time looking at the different vendor booths. We have beautiful fabrics coming this fall.We were pleasantly surprised to see that that the fabric manufacturers are continuing to make the "trendy" fabrics but they realized that the traditional quilter was being left behind and they have produced several groups to fit their needs. You know, there's an awful lot of very talented people in this world and the market was "chucked full" of them. We of course came back with our minds spinning with ideas for projects, kits and classes. Now comes the hard part, trying to share everything we saw with our team members and management and deciding what we can really do and when should we get started.

  1. Hi Cathy-

Thanks for blogging about your Quilt Market activities!

As a vendor at Quilt Market, I do not always get out and look at all the beautiful booths so thanks for sharing!!

That's pretty cool you let your readers know what went on!!
