Julie, our Knitting Instructor will not be at Sit & Knit this evening, due to a horrible cold she has. You are still welcome to come and knit, but Julie will not be available to assist you. She is resting up so she is well for her Mitten Madness Class this coming Sunday. She hopes to see you all next Thursday at Sit & Knit.

Sit & Knit Tonight

I am really enjoying Sit and Knit night. Anyone else been using the Lion Brand Homespun? It looks gorgeous in pattern books, but I am finding it difficult to work with because it is not plied, and catches on my needles. (I am using a plastic circular needle, size 10.) Comments?
ReplyDeleteThe Plymouth Galway wool has nice body. I felted the slippers I made from it, and am using them for bed, 'cus I do not like walking around on Garter Stitch ribs!
